Embed a viewing box on a web page. (Change choose the size by changing the width and height in the HTML code.) It is easy for your users to jump to YouTube and further change the size to their liking.

Save the (.mp4) file to a shared drive somewhere. Google drive being a good example. Then link to the file.

Actually send the file. Maybe an email attachment. This is rarely done anymore.
